You are responsible for using GenSend lawfully — including consent, accurate sender identity, working opt-outs, and the anti-spam rules that apply in your market and your recipients' markets.
The product is provided as-is. Results depend on your offer, list, and market, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes. We work hard on deliverability, but inbox placement is never guaranteed by any provider.
